Ms. International Prejudging

The 22nd Annual Ms. International is the most prestigious event for female bodybuilding in the world and consists of two parts, prejudging and finals.  The prejudging event is the only time in the competition that all of the competitors will be seen on stage at the same time.  The field of 10-15 competitors will be evaluated by a panel of expert International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB) judges to determine who will advance to the finals.

Prejudging allows the judges to compare the athletes in groups of three in seven classic poses; front double biceps; front lat spread; side chest; back double biceps; back lat spread; side triceps; and abdominals and thighs.  Beauty and grace of the female muscular form is important but, the judges also look for muscular bulk, balanced development, muscular density and definition.

Prejudging takes place Friday, March 5 at noon on the Arnold Fitness EXPO stage. Admission is included in the $10 daily EXPO ticket.

Ms. International Finals

Hopefully you watched the prejudging and made a decision about your favorite IFBB female bodybuilder. Now is your chance to see if your picks hold up next to the judges.

During the finals the scores from prejudging are thrown out and the top competitors have to start from zero.  The finals include two rounds starting with a non-judged individual posing routine set to music, side by side comparisons in the seven classic poses and the highly energetic pose down.

Finals take place Friday, March 5 at 7 p.m. on the historic Veterans Memorial stage. Tickets are $50 and $75 for reserved seating.
