Arnold Morning Weekend Review

The Ask Arnold Training seminar has a new name and a new attitude in 2012.

The Arnold Morning Weeknd Review offers the unique opportunity to hear from Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and the winners of the weekend's IFBB Pro League events, including the Arnold Classic.

The event will be hosted by popular bodybuilding personality Bob Cicherillo for the first time, while 2001 Arnold Classic champion and eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman will make a special appearance.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, the founder and namesake of the Arnold Sports Festival, spends the first hour of the seminar discussing bodybuilding, training, diet and other topics. He also fields questions for fans and fitness enthusiasts.

Arnold is follwed on stage by the winners of the Ms. international, Fitness International, Figure International, Bikini International and the Arnold Strongman Classic. The seminar will end with a round table discussion with the Arnold Classic champion and many of the athletes who finished in the top six of the prestigious contest.

The Arnold Morning Weekend Review offers the weekend's best opportunity to engage with Schwarzenegger; to hear him speak and ask him questions in an open format.

The Arnold Morning Weekend Review will be held Sunday, March 4, 2012 at Veterans Memorial from 9 a.m.-noon. Tickets are $50 each.
