The Arnold Sports Festival wants you to get active in 2012.
For the first time, the Zumba Fitness & More room at the Arnold Sports Festival will allow participants to get their workout in by offering a daylong series of classes that include Pilates, Zumba, Booty Beat and Turbo Kick. Zumba.
Fitness & More will be held Friday, March 2 at the Hyatt Regency Ballroom.
Each class will last 50 minutes. Participants will need a towel and water. Pilates participants should also bring a mat. All participants should dress for an active workout. All fitness levels are welcome.
Admission to the Zumba Fitness & More are and unlimited classes is included in a Daily EXPO ticket ($10 in advance, $15 at the door).
9 a.m.: Pilates
10 a.m.: Zumba
11 am.: Booty Beat
Noon: Turbo Kick
1 p.m.: Zumba
2 p.m.: Turbo Kick
3 p.m.: Zumba
4 p.m.: Pilates
