Kristine Duba developed a passion for health and fitness at an early age thanks to her mother who was a power lifter and fitness instructor. Her mother taught her the importance of keeping fitness fun and making it a lifestyle.
Duba’s fitness-oriented upbringing was a contributing factor to her insatiable drive in everything she does. Throughout high school Duba competed in gymnastics, cross-country, and track. She went on to earn her Bachler of Science in Exercise Science.
In 2012, Duba began competing as an amateur in both the figure and fitness divisions. She was successful in each winning multiple competitions but, fitness eventually won out as a better fit for her with her with her background in gymnastics.
Duba went on to earn her IFBB Pro card at the 2014 Junior USA’s. Later that year, Duba made her pro debut on the Tampa Pro stage placing a strong third.
Highlights of Duba’s career include qualifying for the 2015 Olympia, and second place finishes at the 2015 Chicago Pro and 2016 Tampa Pro.
Duba holds an Masters in Sports Management and is a certified personal trainer. She also enjoys being a group exercise instructor specializing in teaching pilates, spin, zumba, TRX, strength training, and HIIT, as well as training individuals of all ages and fitness backgrounds.
