Ariel Khadr is the youngest to become an IFBB Pro Fitness competitor. She won her pro card in 2009 at just 17 years old. Always athletic, Khadr was a full-time level 10 gymnast and a 2nd degree black belt in taekwondo. She earned a scholarship for gymnastics to Rutgers University. When injuries forced her to stop gymnastics she transitioned to competing in the Fitness division where she quickly earned her Pro card.
Khadr took a six-year break from competing so that she could earn her undergraduate degrees in psychology and sociology. In 2015, she made her IFBB Pro debut at the Phoenix Europa took 3rd place. The following year Khadr qualified for the Olympia and placed 7th.
Khadir’s fitness influence is Adela Garcia because they have similar body structures, this motivates her to train hard in the gym.
Fresh off her 1st place win at the Miami Muscle Pro this “predator” of a competitor could soon spell real trouble for the more seasoned veterans.
