Arnold Pro Strongman World Series

The Arnold Pro Strongman World Series is a professional sports league that features the world's best Strongmen competing around the globe for the right to compete in the Arnold Pro Strongman World Championship at the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, Ohio.

The 2020 Arnold Pro Strongman World Series was scheduled to features qualifying contests at Arnold Classic multi-sport festivals in Australia, South America, Africa and Europe. In 2020, an additional qualifying event was scheduled for Festival Hommes Forts Warwick Warwick, Quebec, Canada and in Los Angeles (January 2021) with winners advancing to compete at the Arnold Pro Strongman World Championship at the 2021 Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, Ohio.

COVID-19 Upate
As of May 2020, the Arnold Pro Strongman qualifying event at Arnold Sports Festival Australia was canceled while events at Arnold South America, Arnold Africa and Arnold Europe have all been postponed, with Arnold South America now scheduled for Oct. 2-4, 2020 and Arnold Europe sechedule for Dec. 11-13, 2020. Arnold Africa new date is TBD.

The qualifying system for the 2021 Arnold Pro Strongman World Championship at the 2021 Arnold Sports Festival will be adjusted. Details will be released once it becomes clear which qualifying events will be held before the 2021 Arnold Strongman Classic.

2020 Arnold Pro Strongman World Championship
Hafthor Bjornsson of Iceland maintained his grip on the Arnold Pro Strongman World Series crown when he won Arnold Pro Strongman World Championship for the third straight years at the 2020 Arnold Sports Festival. Bjornsson was competing in the Arnold Strongman Classic for the 10th straight year. His three-peat comes after a second place finish in 2017 and a fifth-place showing in 2016. Mateusz Kieliszkowski of Poland was second and Matins Licics of Santa Monica, Califorina finished third.
