Carly Starling Horrell always wanted to be athletic.  She tried different sports but, just didn’t feel comfortable with any of them.  At 17 years old, she was weight training in the gym every day after school when she learned, it was in the gym that she did feel comfortable.  

Starling Horrell learned how to train by watching other people and reading every fitness magazine she could.

At 27 she competed for the first time and fell in love with the sport. The discipline required to train for a competition brought much needed stability to her life.  

Starling Horrell competed in the NPC amateur ranks for six years and in November 2013 earned her IFBB pro card.  Since then she’s had top ten placings in every competition she’s entered. 

Starling Horrell found her second calling by becoming a personal trainer.  She enjoys sharing what she has learned with others and thrives on motivating clients to go beyond there comfort zones to achieve their goals.
